Ep 6. Guess Who's Coming to Marry?

In The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air season 2 episode 6, titled Guess Who's Coming to Marry?, Will's mother, Vy, announces that she is getting married to her boyfriend, Robert. Despite being happy for his mother, Will isn't pleased with the fact that Robert is a successful businessman who is much older than Vy. He believes that Robert is only marrying his mother for her money.

Meanwhile, Carlton and Hilary are arguing over their mother's wedding dress. Carlton thinks that the family should splurge on an expensive designer dress, while Hilary suggests that they should consider a more affordable option. The two of them try to convince the rest of the family to take their side, leading to a heated argument.

As the wedding approaches, Will becomes increasingly convinced that Robert is a gold digger. He sets out to investigate Robert's past and discovers that he has been married three times before, all to wealthy women who later went bankrupt. Will tries to confront his mother about Robert's intentions, but she refuses to believe him.

On the day of the wedding, tensions are high as the family prepares for the ceremony. Will continues to have doubts about Robert's intentions and decides to do some last-minute detective work to try and uncover the truth. The family is left to wonder if Will is right about Robert or if he is just overreacting.
