Ep 15. Who's the Boss

In this episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, titled "Who's the Boss," Will becomes frustrated by the fact that Uncle Phil doesn't seem to think he's responsible enough to get a job. Will is determined to prove him wrong and lands a job at a restaurant, but quickly realizes that being a busboy is harder than he expected.

Meanwhile, Hilary is struggling to manage her own job at a TV station. She's upset about having to work with a fellow host who she deems as incompetent, and is questioning whether or not she should quit her job altogether.

As Will tries to prove himself as a responsible employee, he ends up getting caught in the middle of a conflict between the restaurant's manager and head chef, who both have different ideas about how things should be done. Will's loyalty is tested as he tries to navigate the situation and figure out who's really in charge.

Back at home, Uncle Phil is feeling guilt about not giving Will enough opportunities to prove himself. He tries to make it up to him by taking him out to a fancy dinner, but things take a turn for the worse when they run into the head chef from the restaurant where Will works.

Throughout the episode, the theme of responsibility and leadership is explored as each character faces their own challenges in the workplace. Will learns how to balance loyalty and respect for authority, while Hilary has to decide whether or not it's worth it to stick it out at a job she doesn't enjoy. In the end, each character learns their own lessons about taking on responsibility and leadership, and the importance of finding a job that makes you truly happy.
