Meanwhile, Samira experiences an adrenaline high, Santos tries to keep a young man from slipping through the cracks, and Whitaker searches for a missing patient.

As the ER begins to quiet down, Robby struggles to cope with a loss, while Abbott and Samira are challenged by a patient’s rapidly deteriorating condition. Later, McKay deals with the fallout from a tough decision, and Mel treats a teen with a mysterious rash.
