Eugene, a classmate of the kids, finds a new ink recipe and uses the Crocus Ink to create his latest set of comics. However, unbeknownst to Eugene (and the kids) this ink makes everything he draws come to life - leaving Sue, Sid, and Tobey to fight the fireballs, monsters, flying creatures, and robots that are terrorizing Chinatown.
