Ep 8. Camp David

Selina Meyer, the former Vice President who became the President after the resignation of the previous one, is finally taking some time off with her staff at Camp David. But like their boss, they too cannot seem to disconnect from the political world, as they continue to receive updates on the latest news.

Meanwhile, Jonah Ryan, now a Congressman, is making waves in Congress with his own proposal. When Selina hears about his plan, which has been gaining popularity, she becomes worried about how it will affect her own legacy.

At Camp David, Selina is also dealing with some personal issues. Her daughter, Catherine, is planning her wedding with Marjorie. The fact that they are both women is causing some concern among some guests at the event. Selina is trying to ignore the issue, but her staff suggests that she should make a statement of support, leading to a debate on gay marriage.

Gary, Selina's personal assistant, is dealing with his own troubles. His ex-girlfriend, Dana, is back in the picture, causing Gary to become agitated and distracted. His behavior is causing concern for his colleagues, including Mike, who tries to reassure him.
