This comedy series involves the Pfefferman family, whose three siblings have to come to terms with the revelation that their father, Morton, is transgender and will be transitioning to become a woman named Maura. The three siblings, played by Jay Duplass, Gaby Hoffman and Amy Landecker, accept the situation with varying degrees of grace, as do other family members, friends, and associates of Pfefferman family. The series debuted on Amazon Prime in 2014, and its third 10-episode season became available for streaming on Amazon in September 2016.   • Feeling compelled to learn more about herself in Israel, Ali stays back as the rest of the family returns to Los Angeles. Sarah, Len, and Lila reevaluate their complicatedrelationship. Josh confronts his sex and love issues head on. Maura and Davis reclaim the Pfefferman house from an unwanted guest.

  • Back in Los Angeles, Davina's stay at the Pfeffermanhouse is rudely interrupted. The Pfeffermans float in the Dead Sea and Ali rushes to meet them but is waylaid at an Israeli checkpoint.
