In 1989, Royston Jackson killed the sixteen-year-old Steven Raven and drove over his body after subjecting it to extreme violence. He was arrested and released after sixteen years. In 2006, he moved to Norwich and brutally strangled and murdered Gordon Boons, a man infamous for being a pedophile. The bodies of both Boons and Raven were found in different stages of undress.
