Let's make glow in the dark slime! All you need is Elmer's clear glue, glow in the dark paint and liquid starch. You could replace the liquid starch with either laundry detergent or Borax and water. Add more starch if you want it less sticky. Charge it by shining a light on it and you're ready for the dark! Keep it in an airtight container or a plastic bag and it will last for months of play!
