Ep 4. Inconceivable!

The episode starts off with Emma and Izzy who have a conversation about their current living situation, which they both realize is not sustainable. Emma suggests they start looking for a place together, but Izzy seems hesitant. Meanwhile, Jack and Carmen are trying to get pregnant, but they're running into some fertility issues. They decide to visit a fertility clinic, but Jack is hesitant about the whole process.

At work, Emma runs into her old flame, Andy, and they catch up. Andy admits that he's still in love with Emma, but she tells him that she's with Izzy now and they're happy. Later that night, Emma and Izzy are lying in bed together when Izzy brings up the idea of having a baby. Emma is surprised and not sure what to think, but she tells Izzy that she wants to make sure they're in it together.

The next day, Jack and Carmen go to the fertility clinic and are told that they have a few options, one of which is IVF. Jack is still hesitant about the whole process, but Carmen is excited and wants to move forward with it. They go home and talk about the pros and cons of each option and ultimately decide to try IVF. However, they have to schedule the procedure for a few weeks out.

Back at work, Emma runs into Andy again and he asks her to dinner. She agrees, but tells him that she's not single. He asks if it's serious and she tells him that it is. Meanwhile, Izzy is out shopping for baby stuff and runs into her ex-girlfriend, Nina. They start talking and Nina admits that she still has feelings for Izzy. Izzy is shocked and doesn't know what to do.

That night, Jack and Carmen have a conversation about their future. Carmen wants to have a big family, but Jack is hesitant about having kids at all. He tells Carmen that he's scared to be a parent and doesn't know if he's ready for all that responsibility. Carmen is disappointed but tells Jack that she loves him and they'll figure it out together.

At dinner with Andy, Emma tells him about her relationship with Izzy and how happy they are together. Andy seems genuinely happy for her, but Emma can tell that he's still in love with her. She tells him that they can be friends, but she's not interested in anything more than that. After dinner, Andy walks her home and they share a kiss. Emma realizes that she still has feelings for Andy and she's confused about what to do.

The episode ends with Izzy coming home from shopping and finding Nina in her living room. Nina tells Izzy that she wants to be with her and kisses her. Izzy is overwhelmed and doesn't know what to do, leaving the audience hanging on what her decision will be.

Overall, "Inconceivable!" is a strong episode of You Me Her that focuses on the complex relationships between the main characters. The episode does a great job of exploring the idea of having a baby and the different reactions that can come with it. The cliffhanger ending leaves the audience wanting more and sets up for an exciting continuation in future episodes.
