Following an earthquake and other disasters the island of Manhattan has become a true island and been converted into a gigantic penitentiary, all the while the Cold War has accelerated into World War 3. Air Force One has been hijacked and the President (Donald Pleasance) is somewhere in Manhattan. Snake is given a choice, accept his mission to rescue the President and receive a full pardon or fail and face death. Finding that the situation is far from black and white, will Snake even want to succeed?
