This futuristic story takes place in a world where national boundaries are all but gone. In this world, two superstates exist. One is Megaville. The other is Hemisphere. In Hemisphere, no enjoyment of television, the Internet or any kind of media is allowed. Megaville is considered the media state. This movie follows a dramatic, psychological conflict that occurs within the main character, affected by the world in which he lives, with two so diametrically opposed societies.
