This superhero movie tells the story of a man who is the latest in a long line of men who have taken on the responsibility of fighting evil using a mysterious skull ring that gives them super powers. The film's hero, played by Billy Zane, is the 21st incarnation of The Phantom, and he's tasked with dispensing justice in 1930s New York. The film also stars Treat Willaims, Kristy Swanson and Catherine Zeta-Jones.
