Psycho a Go-Go is a 1965 crime-thriller directed by Al Adamson. The movie follows the story of a scientist named Dr. Flegg, who creates a serum that can bring dead bodies back to life. To test his serum, he needs to find fresh corpses. With the help of a group of criminals, he starts a killing spree around Los Angeles. Chiefly among the killers is a woman named Karmen, who uses her charms and seduction skills to lure men into Flegg's trap.

Meanwhile, the detectives in LAPD are investigating the murders, but they find no clues. The only lead they have is a pair of shoes that belong to one of the victims. The shoes have an unusual thread pattern that leads the detectives to a small boutique downtown. The detectives start their search following this lead.

Soon enough, they find out about a group of criminals who had shopped at the same boutique around the time of the murders. They start investigating the group and learn that they have gone to the lab of Dr. Flegg. The detectives assume that the criminals are stealing something, and they raid the lab. But what they find there is beyond their wildest imagination.

As they break into the lab, they see dead bodies lying around, and the doctor receives them with a gun. A gunfight ensues, and the detectives manage to overpower Flegg and his crew. But once they start investigating the lab, they find out that Dr. Flegg has been using his serum to reanimate the dead.

The movie's plot takes a dramatic turn at this point, as the detectives realize that they have been chasing the wrong criminal all along. Karmen, who had been associated with the criminals only for her own profit, turns out to be the mastermind behind the murders. She had been using Flegg's serum as a weapon to kill her victims, and the criminals were merely her accomplices.

The climax of the movie involves a confrontation between Karmen and the detectives. Karmen, who is armed and dangerous, tries to escape from the detectives. The chase takes them through the streets of Los Angeles, and finally, Karmen is trapped on a rooftop. With nowhere to run, she faces the detectives in a final showdown.

The movie's direction and editing are fantastic, and the performances by the actors are remarkable. Roy Morton, who plays Dr. Flegg, is convincing in his role of a mad scientist, and Tacey Robbins, who plays Karmen, is the perfect femme fatale. The movie has a distinct charm that is characteristic of the era in which it was made. The music, costumes, and camera work reflect the style of the '60s.

Psycho a Go-Go is a movie that is best enjoyed for its outrageous plot and campy performances. It is not a movie that should be taken seriously, but it is certainly a movie that can be enjoyed for its sheer entertainment value.
