I Come in Peace

Houston narcotics office Jack Caine is a live wire who is obsessed with bringing down a vicious white collar drug dealer named Victor Manning. During an undercover mission his partner is killed increasing his obsession with vengeance. When an explosion turns the case federal Caine starts working alongside straight-laced FBI agent Lawrence Smith and the two investigate a series of gruesome overdoses that feature strange puncture marks.

When the investigation uncovers a strange, highly advanced weapon unlike anything the two have seen before the two lawmen begin to suspect that the killer they are looking for is something entirely new.
