A teenage couple finds that they are expecting a child together. They know that they are too young for such a big responsibility and turn to a brothel to end the pregnancy. After the fetus is removed, toxic waste morphs it into an angry, deformed, creature. The fetus then takes out its wrath on patrons and employees of the brothel.
