Ep 3. Chapter 3

Kenny Powers is back in his hometown of Shelby, North Carolina, after his Major League Baseball career comes crashing down. In this episode, "Chapter 3," Kenny takes a job as a substitute physical education teacher at his old middle school, and immediately clashes with the students and faculty.

Kenny is still struggling to come to terms with his fall from grace, and his arrogance and confrontational attitude make him enemies quickly. He butts heads with the principal, who warns him not to let his temper get the best of him, but Kenny pays her no heed. However, things do not go as planned, and the encounter ends in a humiliating and painful way for Kenny.

As the day progresses, Kenny's problems only get worse. He tries to impart his sports wisdom on his students, but they are not receptive to his unorthodox methods. He challenges them to a game of dodgeball, but the game quickly turns violent and out of control. In the end, Kenny is fired from his job as a teacher, and his dreams of winning back April seem more distant than ever.

"Chapter 3" is a cringe-worthy, yet hilarious, episode that showcases Kenny's flawed personality and his struggles to reclaim his former glory.
