Ep 1. The Weight of This Combination

Sarah Manning is back in action, but the clones are still in peril as they struggle to navigate their complicated lives. In "The Weight of This Combination," season three of Orphan Black begins with a bang as we catch up with Sarah and her "sisters" after the events of the season two finale.

As we know, Sarah's life is always complicated, but this time around things are even more intense. Forced to ally herself with old enemies, she is in a race against time to find a way to save herself and those she loves before it's too late. Meanwhile, the rest of the Clone Club is caught up in their own dramas, both personal and political.

As always, the performances in this episode are fantastic, especially those by Tatiana Maslany who plays multiple characters in the show. She brings a new level of depth to each of her sisters and is able to distinguish between them with ease. Alison, for example, is struggling with the fallout from her run for office, while Cosima is still grappling with her health issues.
