88 Minutes is a psychological thriller starring Al Pacino first released in 2008. Al Pacino plays the title role of Dr. Jack Gramm, a forensic psychiatrist that testified at the trail of a serial killer that resulted in the killer receiving the death penalty. Following the sentence the serial killer, Jon Forster played by Neal McDonough issues the dubious warning Tick-Tock Doc.

Fast forward nine years and it is very close to the execution date of Forster. Within just a few days of the execution death several torture murders are executed by a copy cat. Gramm is brought into the picture again when a former student of his he saw just a few hours ago ends up dead. Already shaken, Gramm receives a phone call while heading to class that tells him he only has 88 minutes to live.

Throughout the rest of the movie Gramm receives further threatening phone calls that lead to a bomb threat and several other threats as he goes back through his past to determine who might be out to kill him. He joins forces with several women along the way as the plot twists and turns leading up to an unpredictable but satisfying completion.

88 Minutes is an Crime, Mystery, Thriller movie that was released in 2007 and has a run time of 1 hr 51 min. It has received poor reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 5.9 and a MetaScore of 17.
