Watch Bite the Bullet

This movie is an old fashion western directed, produced, and written by Richard Brooks. The movie's story is based on a horse race in the old west in the beginning of the twentieth century. The contestants in the horse race are friends Sam Clayton, played by the actor Gene Hackman, and Luke Matthews, played by James Coburn. Carbo is played by actor Jan Michael Vincent. The old-timer by the name of Mister is played by actor Ben Johnson. The race is put on by the Washington Post during the era where the Industrial Revolution takes hold of the old west. The horse race crosses the Badlands and through Indian territories. The competition heats up as each rider wants to win the money that will be given to the rider that wins. However, true admiration and respect toward one another is important as well as the money.
