This Argentinian crime drama film debuted in theaters in 2010. The film follows Sosa, who has been thrown out of the bar in his country. He has now become a Carancho, or ambulance chaser looking for clients in hospitals and police stations who have been in car accidents. During his work as a Carancho he meets a beautiful country doctor named Lujan who helps people that have been in car accidents. Their romance escalates, and Sosa wants to end his shadowy work. Before he can quit his shady work, he and his new girlfriend are attacked by a bunch of thugs, leading to a conflict that neither wanted to become part of.

Carancho is a 2010 thriller with a runtime of 1 hour and 47 minutes. It has received mostly positive reviews from critics and viewers, who have given it an IMDb score of 6.8 and a MetaScore of 66.
