This Indian musical romance movie debuted in theaters in 1973. The movie follows a young couple Sunil and Sonia who fall in love and get married. Everything is going well, until the couple's trip on their honeymoon. Tragedy strikes when a so called friend of Sunil attempts to rape Sonia. Protecting his wife, the husband kills the intruder Dheeraj and is taken away to jail. Another tragedy then strikes and it is presumed that her husband is dead. However rumors spread that Sunil had managed to escape and is still alive.
