Guru is the one who comes up with the plan to execute the heist and trains Atul, Vicky, and Bade's sister, Nandini (Shama Sikander), who also becomes a part of the plan.

The story takes a twist when another group of thieves, led by Dhoomketu (Satish Shah), also plan to steal the same diamond. Dhoomketu's gang consists of four members, each possessing unique skills that they use to execute their heists. Dhoomketu is portrayed as an experienced and skilled thief who is known for his ability to stay under the radar and for his meticulous planning. After they discover that Bade's group is planning to steal the same diamond, they begin to compete with each other in a bid to outsmart each other and be the ones who eventually steal the diamond.

The rest of the movie follows a comedy of errors, as each group tries to outsmart the other in their attempt to steal the diamond.
