Gun is a 2010 action thriller directed by Jessy Terrero and stars rapper 50 Cent (real name Curtis Jackson), Val Kilmer, and AnnaLynne McCord. The movie is set in Detroit, Michigan and follows the story of Rich (50 Cent), a former criminal who is trying to make a new life for himself as a successful businessman. Rich owns a successful nightclub called Xotic, which also serves as a front for his illegal arms dealing business. He is in a relationship with a beautiful but troubled woman named Angel (McCord).

Things take a turn for the worse when Rich's shady business dealings attract the attention of the local police, who begin investigating him and his associates. Meanwhile, a group of corrupt cops and criminals also begin to target Rich and his associates in an effort to take over their criminal enterprise.

To further complicate matters, Rich's estranged childhood friend and former partner-in-crime, Angel's older brother (Kilmer), returns to town and begins causing trouble for Rich and his associates. As tensions mount and the situation becomes increasingly dangerous, Rich must use all of his wits and resources to protect himself, his nightclub, and his loved ones from harm.

Overall, Gun is a fast-paced and violent movie that explores themes of loyalty, betrayal, and redemption. 50 Cent delivers a solid performance as the conflicted protagonist, Rich, who must confront his violent past and decide whether to continue living a life of crime or to leave it all behind for good. Val Kilmer also delivers a noteworthy performance as the menacing and unpredictable older brother of Angel. AnnaLynne McCord is captivating as the beautiful but troubled Angel, who is caught in the middle of a dangerous and complex situation.

The movie is well-directed, with lots of stylish action sequences and tense moments that will keep viewers on the edge of their seats. The soundtrack, which features several tracks by 50 Cent and other hip-hop artists, also adds to the overall gritty and urban vibe of the movie.

In terms of its critical reception, Gun received generally negative reviews upon its release. Critics criticized the movie's weak script and lack of originality, as well as its over-the-top violence and gratuitous sex scenes. Despite these criticisms, however, Gun has developed a cult following among fans of action and crime movies, thanks in part to its solid performances and sleek visual style.

In conclusion, Gun is a gritty and violent action thriller that explores themes of loyalty, betrayal, and redemption. 50 Cent, Val Kilmer, and AnnaLynne McCord all deliver strong performances, and the movie is well-directed with lots of stylish and tense action sequences.
