Guns & Talks is a South Korean action-comedy film directed by Jang Jin and released in 2001. The movie follows a group of hitmen named Sang-yeon (Shin Hyun-jun), Jung-woo (Shin Ha-kyun), Jae-yeong (Jung Jae-young), and Ha-yeon (Won Bin), who run a business called "Guns & Talks". Their unique selling point is that they will only assassinate people who are confirmed to be bad guys, and their prices are determined based on how important the job is and how much they think their clients can afford to pay.

The movie begins with a flashback to a previous job, where the group was tasked with assassinating a North Korean defector who was going to testify at a hearing in the South Korean government. The mission goes awry when they find out that the defector is actually a woman named Yun-ah (Shin Eun-kyung), who has decided to testify in order to be reunited with her lover, a South Korean man who was kidnapped by the North Korean government. Instead of killing her, the hitmen decide to help her escape to safety, even though it means they won't get paid for the job.

In the present day, the hitmen are hired by a wealthy businessman named Choi (Jeong Jae-yeong) to assassinate a prosecutor who is investigating his corrupt business practices. However, things get complicated when the men realize that the prosecutor is actually Yun-ah's brother, and they start to question whether it's worth killing an innocent man for money.

As the hitmen prepare for the job, they engage in various banter and witty conversations, which provide a lot of the film's humor. For example, Sang-yeon is obsessed with drinking milk and refuses to take any job that will interfere with his milk-drinking schedule. Ha-yeon is the youngest member of the group and is constantly bullied by the others, who treat him as if he's still a child. Jung-woo is a skilled marksman, but has a phobia of flying and refuses to travel by plane, which causes some problems during the mission.

Despite the lighthearted tone, the movie has its share of tense action scenes, including a car chase and a shootout at a construction site. As the hitmen get closer to their target, they start to question whether they should follow through with the job, which leads to some interesting moral discussions.

Overall, Guns & Talks is an entertaining movie that blends humor and action in a unique way. The characters are all well-developed and have distinct personalities, which makes for a fun ensemble cast. While the plot isn't particularly complex, it's engaging enough to keep the audience interested. If you're looking for a fun, light-hearted action movie, Guns & Talks is definitely worth checking out.
