The action comedy movie High Heels and Low Lifes follows the story of two female bank robbers. This film follows two women named Shannon and Frances who set up a scheme to rob a group of gangster. The purpose of the con was to get enough money to finance the hopsital that Shannon works at. Frances wants to use the money to help support her career, since it has recently taken a nose dive. Frances has been forced to do voice over work for children's cartoons. Motivated by the need for more money, the two con women set out on a zany adventure to steal from the biggest gang in town.
