House of the Rising Sun is an action drama involving an ex-con, ex-vice cop Ray Shane, working at a strip club as security after spending five years in prison. After a night at the club Ray is attacked at gunpoint by a gang of masked men who force him to rob the strip club of $300,000. The owner's son is killed in a scuffle by one of the masked men. The police accuse Ray, but he is later hired by the owner of the club to track down the killers.

This action drama weaves a story of organized crime, betrayal, trust, innocence and guilt, death and revenge. It also is a high stakes game of power and money, with Ray trying to clear his name to both gangsters and the police. By the time Ray realizes he's been set up in yet another game of power, money and death, it's too late.
