Beat down by the world, Joe Nobody decides to take his daughter with him to work on Take-your-Child to work day. Little did he realize the madness that would ensue. When he arrived at work that day, he started it off by getting his butt kicked by the office bully Mark McKinny. They fought over a parking spot that Joe, as the senior employee, had the rights to use. The humiliating defeat occurred right in front of his daughter causing her to lose what little respect she had for him. After being confronted by his co-worker Meg Harper about the floundering, depressed look that he has on life, Joe decided to try to make a difference in his life, to take his fate into his own hands, not just be a victim of life. The first step he decided to take was to begin taking karate lessons from an old B-movie action star turned martial arts instructor. One thing leads to another, and Joe's life starts to take a turn for the better and his confidence grows. To put an additional twist on the situation, Meg finds out that Joe's position at his company STARKe Pharmecuticals, is a sham, and the only reason he still works at the company is because they have no grounds to fire Joe, yet. Then Joe challenges the bully to a rematch, in a crazy attempt to regain his manhood, but it will put his job in jeopardy. This is a story of a man who is just finding his way in the world. Finding out he is not a Nobody, he is a Somebody, a somebody who found his manhood, and started to live life the way it was meant to be lived. Joe learned to enjoy the craziness that life throws at you, to embrace it, not avoid and dread it. This is a story of life and the whirl wind of the unexpected.
