In this Indian Hindi drama, an orphaned girl named Madhavi is betrothed by her uncle to a gentleman she has never met before. She shames her uncle by running away to be with Kailish, a man she truly loves, right before she is to be married. Heartbreak, however, is the only thing awaiting Madhavi, as she discovers that Kailish is romantically involved with another woman. When she returns home dejected, she discovers disturbing news about her uncle.
