Two young brothers spend the summer enjoying the beach and surfing. Randy Dobson and his younger brother Skeet enjoy their time off while their mother must work to support the family, she finds company in her new Boyfriend. Their mother’s newfound companion becomes a rift for the youngest boy, Skeet as he begins to start romantic interest of his own. Randy finds himself with his own problems as he becomes tangled in the affairs of a local gang and must find a way out of his rebellious lifestyle.
