Watch Love at First Bite

Love at First Bite is a comedy film that was released in 1979. It was directed by Stan Dragoti, and it was written by Robert Kaufman. The film stars George Hamilton as Count Dracula, and Susan Saint James as Cindy Sondheim. The supporting cast consists of Richard Benjamin, Dick Shawn, Arte Johnson, Ronnie Schell, Isabel Sanford, and Sherman Helmsley. The film has a running time of 94 minutes, and it received a PG rating for frightening elements. The movie begins with Count Dracula getting evicted. He lives in Romania, and their government wants to use his castle to train their athletes. He is not happy about this, but he has no choice. He then decides to travel to New York City, and get a hotel room with his assistant. Problems start for Dracula as the airport sends his coffin to a funeral home. It is not all bad though, because he starts to fall in love with a model named Cindy. He believes Cindy is the reincarnation of his former love. Another perk Dracula discovers are blood banks. So everything is looking good except for the fact that he needs to get his coffin back, which he does. Things get worse when Dracula finds out Cindy has a boyfriend, and that boyfriend is a descendant of someone who hated Dracula. To conceal his identity he changed his name. The rest of the movie is Dracula trying to impress Cindy, while dodging the attempts of her boyfriend trying to kill him. As Dracula avoids death, Cindy's boyfriend goes to jail for all the times he has attempted to murder him. He is able to get out of jail by convincing the police that Dracula is a vampire responsible for all the chaos that has been going on. Now, Dracula has to convince Cindy to come home with him before he is stopped for good.
