Nikaah is a very attractive young woman who is happy to accept the marriage proposal from her long time love,Wasim Ahmed, who showers her with all the love and affection she could ever hope for until he gets too wrapped up in his work. The couple then struggles from then on to even see each other, which makes Nikaah very upset. When Wasim forgets their first wedding anniversary, the couple argues resulting in Wasim filing for divorce. Nikaah is devastated by the event and later finds herself remarried to a newspaper editor with her ex-husband hoping that she will divorce that guy and come back to him.
