The beginning of the movie, Peeples, starts with Wade Walker and Grace falling in-love with each other, and getting engaged to be married. Walker decides to go to the Peeples annual reunion in the Hamptons, even though he wasn't invited because he wants to let Grace know that he's in love with her. He's an average joe crashing a fancy family's reunion. Wade doesn't feel like he fits in with the East Coast gang, but he won't let his relationship with Grace fail. He cares about her too much to let the relationship fail. During the movie, Walker has a wild but enjoyable weekend of fun. He learns that rich families have quicks. There is a lot of surprises, comedy, and dysfunction throughout the movie. Many of the Peeples are different from each other; however, Walker learns to accept these differences no matter what. Walkers wants to have all the different personalities in family Peeples in his life because they are family to him. He wants to involve anything that has to do with Grace's life in his life too. Walker isn't a blue blood, but he's in love with Grace, and he really wants to propose to her. Wade's plan is to make his move on Grace when her entire family is in the building, and this is the reason that Wade decides to invite himself to the wedding. Since he really wants to make a good impression on the family, he decides to be on his best behavior. The movie takes place during an eventful weekend. Wade learns that he fits into her dysfunctional family better than he thinks he fits into the family. He didn't anticipate fitting into her family's life as well as he did. The comedy is rated pg 13 for sexual content, drug material and language.
