Raja Kumarudu is the story of a young man trapped in the body of a tiger. The film shows his various stages of life. It begins from the time when he was just a toddler. He began with a life of luxury and love, and everyone seemed to know his name. Everything was going great until the third grade when he came across an injured tiger on the side of the road. He tried to help it by covering its cuts, but it was too late. Little did he know, a certain kind of magical natural element transferred to his body.
