Watch Stuck in Love

This film is an independent comedy/drama focusing on the lives of a successful writer, his ex wife and their two kids. Bill Borgens' wife left him for a younger man a few years ago but he can't stop obsessing over her. Instead of working, he follows her and spies on her and her new husband and even tries to get their son, Rusty, involved in the spying. Amid all the emotions he is experiencing at home, their daughter, Sam, returns from college with the news that she is about to have her very first novel published. He suggests to his daughter that she clue her mother in on the news and she adamantly refuses. Sam and Rusty try to work together to convince their father that it is time to get over their mother and stop his unhealthy obsession with her. Sam is so deeply hurt by the desertion from her mother that she refuses to allow herself to fall in love and instead only has one night stands and never commits to any relationships. A school friend, Lou, has a thing for her and tries to start a relationship with her by wooing her the old fashioned way. Sam resists even though she realizes he has touched her. When Lou falls out of contact with her, she tries to track him down. Meanwhile, Rusty is desperate to find love. He has a crush on a girl named Kate and secretly writes about her in his poetry. He gets a chance to steal her heart when she has a fight with her abusive boyfriend. The whole family must band together in the face of disaster and learn to push past their feelings, wounds and betrayals in order to get through crisis.
