When Dan meets Tom in a bar, they decide to go back to Tom's apartment. It's there that Dan realizes he had been at this very same apartment five years before, for a homosexual encounter. It resulted in Dan contracting HIV from Tom, which he then passed on to his wife, who ultimately killed herself. Blaming Tom for his wife's death, Dan decides this is the chance for revenge. But is Dan capable of going through with it?
