The Derby Stallion

The Derby Stallion is a coming of age movie. It is the story of a boy who must find his way in life. Patrick is a teenager whose father is insistent that he must choose what he will do in life. The pressure is on but Patrick has not yet found what interests him. He runs into an alcoholic horse trainer who sees within Patrick the gift of riding a horse. Patrick finds this suits him but must convince his father this is the future he should have.

Growing up is always difficult and choices must be made. They must be the right choices.
