This is a dramatic mystery movie about a boy dealing with his father’s unexpected death. Draper Doyle is a member of a family of long standing in Newfoundland. His father is a newspaper editor. His brothers and sisters run the local funeral parlor. One day Draper goes to the newspaper early to surprise his father. Two days later his father is dead.

Draper cannot remember any of the events surrounding his father’s death or the days before it. He has nightmares that are disturbing him. He seeks help from his uncle, Reg, to solve the mystery of what happened. Reg must be able to help Draper is the mystery in this movie.
