This is an action crime mystery movie that tells the story of two police officers Nick and Frank Starkey. One of them, Nick was forced to resign due to a scandal he was involved in. However the police department is faced with a crisis. A serial killer is on the loose so they call Nick back to work. Mixed in with the killer on the loose is Nick's personal demons that caused him to resign to begin with. He must now try to figure out the steps of the killer and stay ahead of him, while navigating his own person demons.
