The police officer, Mike (played by Dean Cain) is a seasoned cop with a troubled past. He has taken to the new world surprisingly well, finding purpose in being the protector of the group. He becomes the hitman of the group, using his skills to dispatch zombies with with ease.

Lastly, there is Mark (played by Michael Sigler), a scientist who was a graduate student when the outbreak occurred. He has the perfect balance of being both a scientist and a fighter, which proves to be an asset when it comes to developing a cure. However he is haunted by the tragic loss of his girlfriend in the early days of the outbreak, and struggles to keep that pain under control.

Throughout the movie, The Zombie Club must traverse through zombie-infested streets, battle with other survivors for scarce resources, and search for the cure to the virus that plagues the world. They soon find out they are not the only group searching for a cure and face stiff competition, especially from mercenaries who will go to any lengths to get their hands on a cure.

The Zombie Club’s mission is complicated by the arrival of a doctor who claims to have a cure. However, she requires a serum that the group must find for her to complete the cure. The group now finds themselves in a race against time to both find the serum, and complete the cure before the hostile elements of the world locate them, and take the cure for themselves.

Throughout their journey they face danger, both from the undead and the living. Each member of the group brings specific skills to the table and together they overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles. Their bond grows stronger as they face one challenge after another, forming an unbreakable family bond.
