Randy Simpkins , is the father of Joe who is is a man that has come to the crossroads of his life and is simply distraught over his little sons disappearance. Also Christal Simpkins is the mother of Joe and she is extremely nervous and fearful that her son is missing and she is struggling to keep her family together. This film The Way Home is about two individuals who are doing any and everything to find their son under desperate measures. This films showcased the real events that took place in two individuals lives dealing with not knowing the whereabouts of their son. In this film the viewers will see on the lives of Randy Simpkins and Christal Simpkins, as well as Joe. The film is one that involves how a town comes together to help and two parents that are struggling to deal with the lost of their son as well as learning to face reality that he may not return. Also the film shows that things like this can happen to anyone, Randy Simpskins and Christal Simpkins are displaying their hurts and pain of that in this film.
