Ep 9. Lightning in a Bottle

Set in the world of Arcadia, 3Below: Tales of Arcadia tells the story of aliens from outer space who, while fleeing from their home planet, crash land in a small town in America where they must try to blend in while also avoiding those trying to capture them. In season 1 episode 9, titled "Lightning in a Bottle," the three main characters, Aja, Krel, and Varvatos, are on a mission to retrieve a powerful weapon that was stolen from them by General Morando and the bounty hunters.

The episode begins with Varvatos and Krel scouting out the workshop where the weapon has been taken. Aja, meanwhile, uses her shape-shifting powers to blend in at a nearby school and learn more about the area. While at the school, Aja meets a boy named Eli who is curious about her and tries to befriend her. Aja, hesitant at first, ultimately decides to hang out with Eli and his friends.

Meanwhile, Varvatos and Krel discover that General Morando has employed a group of trolls to guard the weapon. They are also surprised to find their former ally, Zadra, among Morando's ranks. Despite these obstacles, Varvatos and Krel manage to successfully retrieve the weapon and make their escape.

Back at the school, Aja and Eli's friendship is interrupted by the arrival of the bounty hunters who have been tracking the trio. Aja manages to defeat the bounty hunters with her formidable fighting skills, but not before Eli is injured. Aja, Krel, and Varvatos work together to take Eli to the alien ship where they attempt to heal him using their advanced technology.

As they work to heal Eli, the group discusses the events of the day and what they have learned. Aja realizes that while their mission is important, it's also important to connect with people and make friends along the way. Krel reveals that he has been keeping a secret from the rest of the group, but decides to come clean and share his secret.

In the end, the group succeeds in their mission and also learns valuable lessons about friendship and trust. "Lightning in a Bottle" is a thrilling episode full of action and heart, showcasing the strong bonds between the members of the group as they work to protect each other and achieve their goals.
