Colin finally reveals to Karen of his involvement with Fenner and Shell's prison scheme, but Karen decides to wait patiently until she has enough evidence to get rid of Fenner for good.  Meanwhile, Snowball returns to prison and realizes that she no longer has anything to live for.  And Julie is taken to the hospital for her mastectomy.
