Ep 4. The Book of Consequences: Chapter Four: Translucent Freak

The Book of Consequences: Chapter Four: Translucent Freak is the fourth episode of the second season of Black Lightning. While the superheroes are dealing with the threat of Translucent Freak and the Green Light epidemic, Jennifer (Jefferson's youngest daughter) is beginning to discover her own abilities. As she struggles to control her powers, she becomes increasingly isolated from her family and peers. Her newfound powers make her a target for both the government and Tobias Whale, who both have their own agendas when it comes to meta-humans.
