Ep 5. Dirty Money

As the agents continue their investigation, they begin to unravel the complex web of financial transactions that allows these smuggling operations to thrive. In one particularly revealing scene, the agents raid a stash house and find several large boxes filled with thousands of dollars in cash. The money, they suspect, was earned through the sale of drugs and will be used to finance further criminal activity.

Despite the success of their investigations, the agents are all too aware that they are fighting a never-ending battle. As the episode draws to a close, they reflect on the fact that for every smuggler they catch, dozens more are slipping through the cracks.
