Chuck and Sarah join Casey to find and retrieve The Cheetah and his weapon, but when they arrive at the rendezvous point, they find themselves immobilized by a new weapon called "couch lock."
As the team struggles to remove themselves from the couch lock, they realize that they only have a limited amount of time to complete their mission before The Cheetah sells his weapon to the highest bidder. As they attempt to find a way to break the couch lock, they come up with a plan to use Morgan, who hasn't been affected by the weapon due to a medical condition, to retrieve the weapon from The Cheetah.
Meanwhile, back at the Buy More, Big Mike and Lester are in competition for the position of regional manager, and Morgan is torn between his loyalty to his best friend Chuck and his desire to help his new boss, Big Mike. As the Buy More staff prepares for a visit from the higher-ups from corporate, both Big Mike and Lester go to great lengths to prove their worthiness for the position.
As the mission continues, Chuck and Sarah must use all of their skills and gadgets to break the couch lock and retrieve The Cheetah's weapon before it's too late. With the help of Morgan, they're able to successfully recover the weapon and capture The Cheetah, saving the day once again.
Overall, "Chuck Versus the Couch Lock" is an action-packed episode with plenty of suspense, humor, and heart. The team dynamic is as strong as ever as they work together to overcome the deadly obstacle of couch lock, and the Buy More subplot adds an extra layer of humor and drama to the episode.
