Ep 10. Guren Dances

In season 1 episode 10 of Code Geass - Lelouch Of The Rebellion, titled "Guren Dances," the story starts with Lelouch setting a trap for Cornelia by using some of the chess moves that he and Suzaku used to play as children. The trap works perfectly, and Cornelia's forces are caught off guard after they are lured to an empty park area in the outskirts of the city. However, Lelouch isn't the one leading the attack, and he soon realizes that he's made a mistake.

As the situation deteriorates, Kallen, one of Lelouch's Black Knights, is sent in to deal with Cornelia's forces. Kallen is in command of the Guren Mk-II, a new Knightmare Frame, and is tasked with destroying Cornelia's forces in the area. However, Cornelia is more skilled and experienced than Kallen, and the two engage in a fierce battle that lasts for several minutes.

Meanwhile, Lelouch is still trying to figure out who is leading the attack against Cornelia. He suspects that it might be one of the other members of the Black Knights, but he can't be sure. He tries to communicate with the rest of the team, but they don't seem to be responding. Suddenly, the team's secret base is attacked, and Lelouch realizes that he's been betrayed.

As the situation becomes more desperate, Kallen's Guren Mk-II is damaged, and she's forced to land in a nearby factory. The factory is filled with toxic gases, and Kallen is exposed to them. She's able to get out of the factory, but she's weakened and barely able to move.

In a dramatic turn of events, Lelouch discovers that the one behind the attacks is actually his old friend, Suzaku. Suzaku is now a member of the Britannian military, and he's been tasked with stopping Lelouch and the Black Knights. Lelouch is shocked and hurt by Suzaku's betrayal and decides to take matters into his own hands.

With the help of the remaining members of the Black Knights, Lelouch hatches a plan to take down Suzaku. However, things don't go as planned, and the two end up engaging in a fierce battle. In the end, Lelouch is able to get the upper hand and is about to defeat Suzaku when he suddenly hesitates. Suzaku takes advantage of Lelouch's hesitation and is able to escape.

The episode ends with Lelouch and his team realizing that they are up against an even greater enemy than they had originally thought. They know that they will need to be stronger and smarter if they want to succeed in their mission to overthrow the Britannian Empire and create a better world for everyone.
