Ep 5. The Princess and the Witch

Lelouch and Shirley are tasked with delivering a pizza to the Student Council. However, they are stopped by the military police, who are looking for Zero. In the confusion, a truck carrying a capsule explodes, revealing a witch named C.C. Lelouch uses his Geass power to make the police believe that Shirley is Zero and covers up their escape.

Meanwhile, Suzaku is tasked with investigating the explosion and is suspicious of Lelouch's involvement. He confronts Lelouch and challenges him to a duel, wishing to settle their differences once and for all.

Back at the school, the Student Council welcomes Princess Euphemia, a member of the Britannian Royal Family. Euphemia takes an interest in the school and decides to attend Ashford Academy. However, her arrival causes tension between the Britannian and Japanese students, as the Japanese students are wary of the Britannians.

As tensions rise, a group of Japanese terrorists infiltrate the school with the intention of assassinating Euphemia. Lelouch and C.C. team up to stop the terrorists, but are unsuccessful and Euphemia is injured in the attack.

In the aftermath, Lelouch uses his Geass to manipulate the Britannian army into believing that the terrorists were actually a group of Britannian extremists. By doing so, he creates a temporary alliance between the Japanese and Britannian students, as they work together to mourn and heal from the attack.
