Ep 11. Pinheads

In Comic Book Men Season 3 Episode 11 titled "Pinheads," we see the return of Walt's favorite guest, Ming Chen. As the group is settling down from the negotiation, they come across an unusual item- a pinhead prop from the movie 'The Hills Have Eyes'. It's a life-size prop that would be great for the store's Halloween decoration. Walt doesn't hesitate to buy the prop and though he doesn't reveal the price, it's obvious that he has paid a pretty penny for it.

As they continue to go through the items brought in by customers, they come across a rather strange collectible- a Darth Vader cake. Yes, you read that right! The cake is made entirely of sugar and is in the shape of Darth Vader. The customer who brings it in had bought it at a Star Wars convention and is now looking to sell it. Walt tries to negotiate a deal, but the customer isn't willing to budge on the price.

Later, we see the group discussing the upcoming appearance of comic book artists Eric Powell and Robert Kirkman at The Secret Stash. The artist signings are an important event for the store, and the crew is excited to meet fans who come in to get their comics signed and meet the artists. This leads to hilarious discussions among the crew of the Secret Stash, with everyone sharing their own hilarious stories about their experiences with bizarre customer behavior.

The episode ends with a visit from celebrity guest, actor Ernie O'Donnell, who is best known for playing Mr. Swanson on the TV series 'The Office'. Ernie is there to promote his new movie 'Atlas Shrugged Part 2'. The crew talks with him about his acting career and his role on "The Office." They also discuss the plot of his new movie and his thoughts on Ayn Rand, the philosophical think tank Ohio Senator Rob Portman credits as being his inspiration.
