Cooking on High is a cooking show that combines cannabis and cuisine. The show invites experienced chefs to compete against each other to create the tastiest cannabis-infused dishes. In this episode, titled "Going Green," the chefs must create vegetarian dishes that are infused with cannabis.

The episode begins with the usual introduction of the show's host, Josh Leyva, who introduces the judges and explains the rules of the competition. The two chefs, Chef Sulai and Chef Sabina, then make their way to the kitchen to start preparing their dishes.

Chef Sulai decides to make a cannabis-infused eggplant parmesan with a side of cannabis-infused garlic bread. She starts by slicing the eggplant and dipping it in a mixture of eggs, breadcrumbs, and cannabis oil. She then fries the eggplant in a pan and sets it aside to cook. Next, she makes a tomato sauce, adding some cannabis-infused olive oil for an extra kick. Once the sauce is ready, she assembles the eggplant parmesan and tops it with mozzarella cheese. Finally, she prepares the cannabis-infused garlic bread, using cannabutter instead of regular butter.

Chef Sabina, on the other hand, decides to make a cannabis-infused lasagna using a variety of vegetables, including zucchini, squash, and mushrooms. She starts by sautéing the vegetables in a pan with some cannabis-infused olive oil. Next, she makes a béchamel sauce, adding some cannabis-infused milk for a unique twist. Once the sauce is ready, she assembles the lasagna, layering the vegetables, noodles, and sauce. Finally, she tops the lasagna with some mozzarella cheese and puts it in the oven to bake.

As the chefs cook, the judges engage in some light banter and discussion about the use of cannabis in cooking. They discuss the differences between cooking with cannabis and smoking it, as well as the growing acceptance of cannabis in mainstream culture.

Once the dishes are ready, the judges take a bite of each and give their feedback. They praise both dishes for their creativity and presentation, but ultimately must choose a winner.

Overall, "Going Green" is an enjoyable episode of Cooking on High that showcases the versatility of cannabis in cooking. The chefs' dishes are creative, flavorful, and sure to leave viewers wanting more.
