Boris and Sandy are fighting over the water sprayer and drenching Uncle Charlie with it. This leaves Charlie with no choice but to call on Deedee's magic. Deedee finds a spell to make friendship dust as the perfect solution. Whoever the dust falls on will be best friends with whoever they see first.
